- Mr. Guo Jianxin Geleshan formally founded Chongqing Xinpeng Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. in Geleshan, and established the cooperative relationship with Chongqing Cummins Engine Parts Co., Ltd. in the same year.
- 2004

- The first large-sized aluminium gravity casting product was launched, as a starting point for cast aluminium-alloy products of Xinpeng Chongqing Xinpeng Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd.

- The Company passed through TS16949 Quality Management System Certification.
- Vice Chairman Miss Guo Fangfang and General Manager Mr. Wang Jiwen joined the senior management team of the Company.

- The Company passed through OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
- The Company formally established a collaborative partnership with Qingling Motors Co. Limited, and developed the series of commercial vehicle transmission products, including: products of shift levers, shifting fork blocks, and vehicle body frames.

- The Company formally established a collaborative partnership with Chongqing Jiangjin ABB Turbo Systems Co., Ltd., to develop the muffler assembly products in the marine turbochargers, and then realized batch delivery in that year.
- The Company won the title of Outstanding Cummins Supplier in the three consecutive years of 2009, 2010 and 2011.
- 2012

- Construction of the new Hechuan factory on the 50 mu of land was commenced, with the planned production area of 20,000 square meters and the estimated annual production capacity of 1 million parts.
