Chongqing Yuji Hancheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 by Mr. Guo Jianxin, and was formerly known as Chongqing Xinpeng Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd. Over 10 years of production and management, Mr. Guo Jianxin, with the competitive price and strict quality control, has developed the follower assemblies, rocker arm assemblies, large-sized gravity cast oil pans, oil pan connectors, intercooler assemblies and other important products for the well-known high-horsepower diesel engine OEMs.
As for internal management, the Company passed the TS16949 Quality Management Certification in 2007 and the OHSAS18001 Occupational Safety and Health Management Certification in 2009. The Company regards quality and employees as its core competitiveness, and for years has been committed to providing customers with stable quality products at reasonable prices and providing the staff with a healthy and safe working environment with concerns for personal growth.
The Company introduced the Professional Coaching Program with the initiatives of the General Manager in 2013, and entered into a strategic partnership with Hongkong Enrichment Consulting & Coaching Institute, in order to hold the coaching program-based management behaviour training in the Company annually. People are complex, and therefore are in priority need of improvement as an important part in the Company's management aspect.
The Company has made unremitting efforts in lean production, lean production, which is one of the key means for the Company to survive the fierce market competition for many years. Lean production is required to be supported by effective control in all aspects of production, including order management, on-site 5S management, inventory management, logistics turnover, quick change, tact control, TPM device management, etc.
We believe that lean production will reduce unnecessary wastes of the Company and improve the one-time passing rate of production, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the costs. We have to get the customers' trust and orders through our own improvement, and our value lies in helping customers obtain greater success in the marketplace.
Moreover, the Company has 20M fibre access which enables establishment of smooth video conferences with global customers, and has a stable and secure data storage and transmission system.
The Company realized comprehensive ERP data management in 2008, with accurate figures and statistics support from imported orders to procurement, production, sales, finance and other aspects.
